I know this is old news, but I have yet to mention it in a blog. Arguably the Colts' biggest move this offseason has been bringing back starting cornerback, Pierre Desir, who had a career year in 2018. Desir received 3 years and $25 million on this contract which is pretty good for a journeyman corner who has bounced around the league since 2014.
